Every G&G Renewable Services engagement -- whether new-unit commissioning, an advanced internal intervention, or an emergency repair -- follows the same documented, traceable process. This consistency is a core part of what we offer utility, data-center, and industrial clients: a complete paper trail from initial scope to final sign-off, with test data and photographic evidence at every stage. Client and site information is always handled under the applicable confidentiality terms.

Technical Assessment & Commercial Offer

Each engagement starts with a detailed technical scope document: equipment identification and rating, a root-cause description (for repairs), a step-by-step activity plan, and the standards the work will follow -- including Siemens SATMA assembly/testing procedures (101.01, 101.02, 101.03) for transformer work.

Our Reporting & Documentation Process

Purchase Order & Client Authorization

Scope and pricing are confirmed against a client purchase order before mobilization, with any field-driven change orders (additional scope) issued and approved the same way.

Field Execution Under Safety & Engineering Standards

All work is performed under lockout/tagout (LOTO), a completed job-specific risk assessment, and full PPE (dielectric and fallprotection equipment). Technicians follow manufacturer and Siemens SATMA technical procedures throughout.

Technical & Test Documentation

Depending on the scope, the technical record includes oil sampling and dissolved-gas analysis (DGA), dielectric strength and hermeticity testing, insulation resistance, transformer-turns-ratio (TTR) and winding-resistance testing, and torque/pressure verification for bushing and gasket work -- recorded before and after the intervention.

Completion Certificate
("Acta de Finalizacion" / "Acta Comercial")

On completion, a signed completion certificate is issued and countersigned by the client's on-site contact. It documents the work performed, test results, and includes photographic evidence of the equipment before, during, and after the intervention.

Invoicing & Closeout

Each project closes with an invoice referencing the original purchase order and completion certificate, keeping a fully traceable record from quote to final sign-off.
